Basetao Spreadsheet: product finds with a buying plan

Start with a product category, check the seller and fit, then follow the order through Basetao’s warehouse to delivery. This guide connects each step with the decision you need to make.

Browsing by category

Sixteen entries, each one landing on a catalogue of listings in that category. They are a starting point for picking something, not a verdict on whether it can ship. Womenswear is the odd one out: the catalogue is organised by garment rather than by who wears it, so that tile runs a search instead of opening a category.

Category links were checked in October 2026. Listings change constantly; the categories themselves rarely do.

What is a Basetao Spreadsheet?

A Spreadsheet is a product browsing guide. Category cards help you reach seller listings, where you confirm price, size and availability. It does not accept your order or hold the stock.

What is Basetao?

Basetao is the buying and forwarding service: it purchases items, receives them at its warehouse, records what arrived and arranges the international parcel you request.

Why use this Spreadsheet?

Category notes point out the check that matters for your item. The linked guides connect that choice with seller checks, warehouse photos and parcel restrictions, so you can prepare the next step before paying.

How to use Basetao with a Spreadsheet

  1. Open the seller listing and check the exact variant, measurements and store.
  2. Paste the URL into Basetao or enter missing product details in the self-service form.
  3. Pay for the product and domestic delivery. Review the warehouse QC records before approving a parcel.
  4. Choose packing and a supported route, pay the shipping quote, then follow tracking to delivery.

Why choose Basetao?

Basetao can suit a shopper who needs a buyer in China or wants several incoming orders handled at one warehouse. It also publishes separate buying, forwarding and sourcing services, so choose the service that matches what you already have.

Before funding an order, compare the complete fees, supported route, inspection scope and return terms for the same item. A service list does not guarantee that every product can be bought or shipped.

Costs, warehouse checks and parcel choices

Your budget needs the item, domestic delivery, service or optional warehouse fees, international shipping and destination charges. The final packed size can change the shipping quote. Review the QC photos before this second payment so a seller problem can be raised while the item is still in China.

Help, returns and frequently asked questions

Before a deadline

Read the warehouse storage date and the seller’s return window separately. Keeping an item stored does not extend its return eligibility.
